RAMONA PACKHAM OSTEOPATH
Ramona’s Osteopathy journey began over ten years ago when she commenced her studies at Victoria University in Melbourne, completing a Bachelor of Science (Osteopathy) and a Master of Health Science (Osteopathy). After gaining experience at a sports clinic and an aged care facility, she moved to the Sunshine Coast for an ocean change five years ago and has loved being part of the family at HMC Osteopaths ever since. Her key areas of interest include women’s health, pregnancy, postpartum care, paediatrics, and the management of chronic pain and complex conditions. She has invested extensively in further training to support these interests, completing additional qualifications in mat-work, reformer and clinical Pilates, pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation, craniosacral osteopathy, and myofascial dry needling. In addition to Osteopathic consultations for adults and infants, Ramona offers one on one, mat-based Pilates sessions designed to refine technique and create personalised programs you can complete at home. Her approach combines Osteopathic clinical reasoning with Pilates training, ensuring each session supports your rehabilitation and helps you achieve the best possible outcomes. Ramona is not taking new patients at our Gympie clinic; however, she is available for both new and returning patients at our Verrierdale clinic every Wednesday and Friday. She considers Verrierdale a uniquely therapeutic place, like a quiet forest retreat where even the driveway feels like a small adventure, and one of her favourite parts of the clinic is the distinctive charms of Bon, the clinic dog. |
