MASSAGE

​Our massage therapists have trained in a number of techniques including sports, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, swedish, cupping and relaxation.  Our therapist Paul Ostwald is also trained in dry needling. The massage therapists are able to tailor an appointment to suit your needs on any given day.  You will leave feeling relaxed and satisfied whether your treatment goal is injury repair, maintenance, or simply a little relaxation and nurturing.
